4. Why didn't I get the reservation rewards after completing the verification?
Please make sure you visit this event page from within the game.
If you have completed the verification process, the rewards will be sent to your in-game mailbox automatically. Please note that you may need to log out and log back into the game to receive your rewards. Typically, the rewards will be delivered no later than 10 minutes.
5. Why didn't I get the milestone rewards after completing the verification?
Please make sure you visit this event page from within the game.
If you have completed the verification process, when the milestone reached a new stage, you can claim the reward on the event page.
The rewards will be sent to your in-game mailbox automatically. Usually, it takes no more than 10 minutes for the rewards to arrive.
6. Why haven't I received the rewards for completing the achievement?
Achievement reward will be available when our third test starts.
There are 4 steps to get the rewards:
1) Completed the verification on Heroes Arise Discord
2) Reached Silver in Rank before July 30, 2023
3) Visit the event page from within the game
4) Wait till the third test starts to claim the rewards
